Made in Mexico Martin

The only thing lacking in this guitar was the setup tlc that comes with the domestic versions.  The relief in the neck and string height at the nut needed attention but once adjusted, this guitar played well and sounded, well, like a Martin.  Good, full bodied sound from top to bottom and as playable as guitars costing much more.  It is the acoustic go to for the owner, and the onboard preamp is easy to use, very precise, and the controls are tucked in so you don't know they are there at first glance.  A nice addition to his arsenal I think it definately lives up to the label on the headstock.
